My name is Matt Tubinis, and I’ve had the privilege of serving in church leadership for over 25 years. For the past 15 years, I’ve been on full-time staff at a church in the Memphis area, leading both student and adult ministries in various roles.

In addition to my ministry experience, I’m the founder of Know & Grow Your Team: Team Building, Coaching, and Consulting. I specialize in helping Christian churches, parachurch ministries, and Christian-led businesses develop strong teams, build effective strategies, and create and reach meaningful goals.
